What do I need to access?

To access your personal account on Debtor Portal, you have toprovide your Group Code, received by sms, email or by phone, and your registration password after your identification.

Can I modify my personal data?

It is possible to add aditional telephone, email or address via Debtor Portal. For modification of the rest of the data, please contact us.

I try to access but it does not allow me.

Expiration period for registration password is 60 days. It ispossible that the data referring is expired or is not valid. Please contact us.

Are my data protected?

The data are protected, being the only valid access system the password sent to your email or mobile phone number.

It forces me to request a new password again.

Your password has an expiration date of 60 days from its creating.
